Khi mong muốn thuật lại lời nói của ai đó, bạn sẽ cần dùng đến câu tường thuật. Trong giờ đồng hồ Anh chúng ta phân ra câu trực tiếp cùng gián tiếp với giải pháp chuyển ngữ pháp không giống nhau như dưới đây.

Định nghĩa câu tường thuật, câu con gián tiếp, câu trực tiếp

Câu tường thuậtlà thuật lại tiếng nói trực tiếp. Đây là dạng câu phổ cập trong giờ Anh mà chúng ta cần để ý kỹ.

Câu tường thuật có hai kiểu:

- Tường thuật thẳng (direct speech):thuật lại rất đầy đủ và chính xác điều ai đó mô tả (trích dẫn).

Khi viết, lời của bạn nói vẫn đặt trong lốt ngoặc kép.

Ví dụ: He said “She is my girlfriend” thì khi thuật lại, câu trong ngoặc kép chính là lời nói trực tiếp của anh ý ấy. Đây là dạng câu trực tiếp.

- Tường thuật con gián tiếp (indirect speech):Là thuật lại khẩu ca của một người theo cách gián tiếp, truyền nhau mà không có dùng dấu ngoặc kép, có thể không trích dẫn y nguyên.

Ví dụ: She said: “ I want khổng lồ eat ice cream”.

-> She said she wanted khổng lồ eat ice cream.

Tường thuật gián tiếp sẽ gửi ngôi. Họ call tắt là câu con gián tiếp.

Cách gửi câu thẳng sang loại gián tiếp

Để chuyểncâu trực tiếpsang con gián tiếpthì bạn chỉ việc ghép nội dung tường thuật vào phía sau câu nói, lùi thì của rượu cồn từ xuống 1 cấp cho quá khứ, đại trường đoản cú sẽ biến đổi linh hoạt.

1. Trường phù hợp thì hiện tại

Nếu cồn từ chia ở thì lúc này thì họ giữ nguyên thì của cồn từ chính, đại từ hướng dẫn và chỉ định và trạng từ bỏ chỉ thời gian, nơi chốn trong câu trực tiếp khi đưa sangcâu gián tiếp. Chỉ biến hóa cách phân chia theo ngôi được đưa đổi.

Ví dụ:

She says: “I like ice cream.”

She says (that) she likes ice cream.

My mother says: “ I am going lớn Hanoi next week”

My mother says she is going to Ha Noi next week.

They say: “ We are going lớn the cinema.”

-> They say they are going lớn the cinema.

Bạn hoàn toàn có thể sử dụng that hoặc ko để phân phối câu nói thôi.

2. Trường hợp hễ từ tường thuật sinh sống thì vượt khứ

Nếucau tuong thuatở thì vượt khứ thì lùi rượu cồn từ chính của câu khi gửi sang loại gián tiếp một bậc theo phép tắc như sau - trong số ấy có một vài thì cùng từ không đổi:

Chuyển đổi thì cùng với trợ hễ từ, động từ khuyết thiếu

Biến thay đổi đại từ và những từ hạn định theo bảng sau:

Sự biến hóa thời gian trong câu gián tiếp

Sự biến hóa thời gian sẽ tiến hành theo thời gian mà khi chúng ta chuyển lời lại, thuật lại.

Ví dụ:

It"s Monday. Julie says "I"m leaving today".

-> If I tell someone on Monday, I say "Julie said she was leaving today".

-> If I tell someone on Tuesday, I say "Julie said she was leaving yesterday".

-> If I tell someone on Wednesday, I say "Julie said she was leaving on Monday".

-> If I tell someone a month later, I say "Julie said she was leaving that day".

Vào lắp thêm 2, Julie nói là: “I’m leaving today”.

Nếu bạn kể lại mang đến ai kia vào trang bị 2, các bạn sẽ nói là: “ Julie said she was leaving today.”

Nếu các bạn kể mang lại ai kia vào vật dụng 3, các bạn sẽ nói là: “ Julie said she was leaving yesterday.”

Câu tường thuật ngơi nghỉ dạng câu kể

Công thức câu tường thuật:

- says/say khổng lồ + O->tells/tell + O

- said to + O->told+O

Eg: He said to me ”I haven’t finished my work” ->He told me he hadn’t finished his work.

Một số trường hợp ngoại lệ, nếu lời nói thể hiện sự thật chung phổ biến thì các bạn vẫn có thể không cần chuyển đổi thì của rượu cồn từ con gián tiếp:

Ví dụ: She said: “ The sky is blue.”

->She said (that) the sky is/was blue.

Trường hòa hợp không đề nghị giảm thì khác:

- trong câu gồm năm xác định.

- các câu có kết cấu sau: if only, as if, as though, wish, would rather, it’s high time, IF loại2, 3 .

Trường hợp câu hỏi với câu nghi vấn

Nếu là câu nghi vấn, bạn cũng chuyển thắc mắc thành câu xác định thay vị trí chủ ngữ và cồn từ. Nhưng mà động từ chủ yếu thì đưa lùi về thì vượt khứ.

* says/say to + O->asks/ask + O

* said to lớn + O->asked + O.

Ex: ”What are you talking about?”said the teacher. ->The teacher asked us what we were talking about.

Where vày you live?

-> She asked me where I lived.

Where is Julie?

-> She asked me where Julie was.

Where is the Post Office, please?

-> She asked me where the Post Office was.

What are you doing?

-> She asked me what I was doing.

Who was that fantastic man?

-> She asked me who that fantastic man had been.

Trường vừa lòng với câu hỏi yes/no. Bây giờ trongcâu tường thuật tiếng Anh, bạn thay thế sửa chữa If mang lại câu hỏi:

Công thức:

S+asked/wanted to lớn know/wondered+if/wether+S+V

Do you love me?

-> He asked me if I loved him.

Have you ever been to Mexico?

-> She asked me if I had ever been to Mexico.

Are you living here?

Ví dụ: Close the window, please

Or: Could you close the window please?

Or: Would you mind closing the window please?

Trường vừa lòng này, các bạn dùng cấu trúc: ask me + to + infinitive":

She asked me to close the window.

Ví dụ khác:

Please help me.

-> She asked me to help her.

Please don"t smoke.

-> She asked me not lớn smoke.

Could you bring my book tonight?

-> She asked me khổng lồ bring her book that night.

Could you pass the milk, please?

-> She asked me khổng lồ pass the milk.

Would you mind coming early tomorrow?

-> She asked me khổng lồ come early the next day.

Nếu là câu tủ định, chúng ta thêm Not:

Please don"t be late.

-> She asked us not lớn be late.

Đối cùng với trường hợp câu tường thuật mệnh lệnh

Bạn chuyển sang câu gián tiếp cùng với tell – told

Khẳng định:S + told + O + to-infinitive.

Ex: ”Please wait for me here, Mary.” Tom said ->Tom told Mary khổng lồ wait for him there.

*Phủ định::S + told + O + not to-infinitive.

Ex: ”Don’t talk in class”,the teacher said lớn us. –>The teacher told us not khổng lồ talk in class.

Go lớn bed!

-> He told the child to go khổng lồ bed.

Don"t worry!

-> He told her not lớn worry.

Be on time!

-> He told me khổng lồ be on time.

Don"t smoke!

SHALL/ WOULDdiễn tả đề nghị, lời mời:

WILL/ WOULD/ CAN/ COULD diễn đạt sự yêu thương cầu:
